Oh Thank GOD that today is my last work day for the week.  I need MORE then a BREAK.  I have a JAM packed weekend, so I need to FOCUS and remember my GOALS!!  It's DONUT Thursday so I'm going to confess right now that I will NOT NOT NOT under any cir****tance eat a damn donut!!!

B:  Protein Shake (Coconut/Almond Milk; Protein, Flax Meal, Spinanch, Carrots, Frozen Fruit)
S:  Coffee; Atkins Blueberry Baked Square
L:  Lettuce Wraped Deli Meat (2oz Deli Meat; String Cheese; Light Mayo; Tomato; Romaine Lettuce)
S:  Protein Shake (Roadside Lemonade; Special K Pink Lemonade)
D:  Open Face Turkey Burger (4oz Ground Turkey; Onions; Paleo Bread)

Water:  Goal 16 cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Didn't make it yesterday so today 5 miles treadmill

5am - 5 mile run.

Pre-bk: energy chews - its like candy before breakfast!

B: protein coffee, muscle milk shake

S:  maybe protein shake if I want something

L: chipotle - salad!!

D: toasted sesame chicken with a sandwich thin

You are doing awesome Ms. Shell. I see your ticker showing pounds lost!!!

B: Ultra thin deli cheddar slices w/mustard wrapped in romaine lettuce (I wasn't feeling yogurt or shakes this morning)
S: Hopefully my Starbucks Iced Coffee if I have time. I gotta walk at 9am, then an off-site meeting for 2 hours & a business lunch.
L: Chicken Lettuce Wraps from Cheesecake Factory but I didnt finish them
S: 2 tbsn red pepper hummus, 1 slice swiss cheese
D: Maybe the protein shake I wanna try... Vanilla w/SF pistachio pudding mix.

Water: 6 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk on break & 30 Day Shred again tonight. BTW, I love that workout!!

Hehe Allison. I read this post daily and you must be stoked to be chewing again!

Day 4 of the fourteen hour work day marathon. Wish I could wake up tomorrow and it'd be Saturday.

B: Fage plain greek yogurt with SF raspberry torani and two strawberries

L: 3 mini zuchinni chicken pizzas (zuchinni slices baked like pizza w/ sauce and cheese, shredded chicken as the topping) Made these late last night, hope they reheat well.

S: Starbucks tall skinny caramel machiatto *** thanks a lot Jen, now I have a Starbucks addiction)

D: Proti-Diet chicken soup

S: Turkey/cheese/pickle roll-up with a little mustard

Liquids: Eh. 2 cups so far. It's still early.
Vitamins: Will take between jobs
Exercise: No. Just No.

 I actually prefer to just do shakes sometimes. It's easier than trying to decide what to eat.
