I buy the powdered Coffee Mate. They have a lot of SF options.

Still on full liquids for the time being, although the doc is cautiously and slowly beginning to decrease the steroids.
B: shake
S: shake
L: watered down GY
S: same as lunch
D: either shake or yogurt

water: 9 cups so far
vitamins: on track
exercise: still no exercise per doc's orders

B: 4oz. plain nonfat greek yogurt sweetened w/Jello pistachio pudding mix (this stuff is too thick for me, I might need to switch to Torani syrups cuz I can barely get this sh** down!)
S: Starbucks Iced Coffee (I will be walking over there after this post cuz I need a treat!)
L: Beef Carnitas (is there such a thing), few bites of peanut slaw
S: Ultra thin deli cheddar/romaine roll-up
D: ?, maybe mint cookie PB2 protein shake???

Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: just walked 1.5 miles in 20 miles. 30 Day Shred tonight. I was bummed I didnt get the chance to do it last night. (WTF?!?!?)

I am but it seems like 1/4 cup of almond milk per 4.5oz. of greek yogurt still makes it as thick as paste,bleh!!!  I think I wanna try the pudding mix in a vanilla protein shake and see how I like that.

 I only use 2 tsp - you still get the flavor, but it's way less thick...How much do you use?
