I had the day from HELL yesterday.  Besides my mother birthday coming up, she would have been 82, I have CANCER all around me.  My dad's wife, my coworker, my coworkers mom, my boyfriends dad whose days are numbered.  It sucked and such as life I can't just STOP and shut down.  No I have to breath (which a couple times I didn't think I could) and work and well just live.  I surprised myself...for the first time in 5 years I did NOT have the urge to drown myself in a vat of sugar or alcohol....progress!!  I have planned to go to lunch with my coworker...actually now that I think about it, I've changed my mind.  Not only do I not "need" a margarita and seafood quesadilla I don't want one!!

B:  Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein Powder; Flax Meal; Spinach; Carrots; Frozen fruit)
S:  Coffee
S:  Boiled Egg; Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
L:  Lettuce Wrap Tacos 
S:  Protein Shake (Roadside Lemonade; Special K Fiber Mix)
D:  ???

Water:  Goal 16 cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  5+ miles via treadmill

 B: I guess I skipped breakfast. Boo

L:  2oz. Homemade chicken salad with 1oz of pita chips 

S: Light & Fit Greek Blueberry yogurt - probably only half the container. Depends on how hungry I am

D: Lettuce wrap. Leaf of Iceburg, light mayo, mustard, tomato, 1/2 slice of munster cheese and a pack of those new 2oz oscar mayer deli meats

S: half of a protein shake

Exercise - I have a double header tonight for fall softball league!

 Lettuce Wrap sounds good, I havent seen the new Deli Meat?? Is it by the Luchables? (whats the full name of them?)

 Yes, by the lunchables and deli sandwich meats. They're only a dollar. It's just little packs of deli meat that are 2oz each. PERFECT for us sleevers!

I'm actually using Romaine lettuce leaves as my "taco" shells.

The Deli meat I use and it's OLD been around forever is by a company called Buddig

I actually have a pack of the Buddig deli meats (mine is old school not Oscar) and cheese and lettuce and mayo...so THANK you I was wondering what I was eating for lunch tomorrow =)

D:  quinoa with ground beef and mushrooms
s:  Greek yogurt
s:  roasted edamame

water:  haven't even started, but I'll catch up

Oh Ms. Shell, I'm sorry to hear that. That royally SUCKS. It looks like you're learing to take care of yourself in spite of the stress, which in the end is good for everyone.

I'm on day 3 of my 14 hour work days this week and I'm starting to crumble. Just the rest of today and tomorrow and then an easy 8 hour shift on Friday. I'm trying to look on the bright side. I have two jobs, many people now are struggling to find one.

Breakfast: Plain Fage greek yogurt with SF Raspberry Torani Syrup

Lunch: Eggface cabbage roll (for those of you *****ad this post regularly you can see I cook something Sunday and bring it to work for lunch all week)

Snack: COFFEE!!! Probably a pumpkin spice k-cup with SF caramel vanilla creamer

Dinner: Same as breakfast

Snack: Boiled egg probably

Liquids: None yet. It's 1 pm here. WTH
Vits: Will take between jobs
Exercise: Yeah right, when?

 I have those K-cups too!  Do you know if they have a liquid SF Carmel Creamer?? I havent really paid much attention when buying creamer lol
