B: 4.5oz fat free plain greek yogurt w/sf pistachio pudding mix
S: Iced Coffee ... LIKE NOW!!!
L: Costco chicken, salad
S: Deli roll-up (I love the simple things)
D: ???

Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: Just got back from a 1 mile walk on my break.
Tonight, it's 30 Day Shred baby!!! It's getting a little easier everyday, thank gawd!!!

Exercise-brought my walkin shoes for that 1/2hr layover between work and meeting.
