Tonight is Italian night at our house.  I decided to make the Eggface Ricotta Bake for my self with some turkey meatballs while my family feasts on spaghetti and meatballs with salad and garlic bread.  The ricotta back smells soooooo good.

Sounds good!  I love the ricotta bake.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Ricotta Bake

8oz Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup grated Parm cheese
1 egg
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup marinara
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Mix ricotta, parm cheese, egg and italian seasoning together.  Put in an oven safe dish.  I used an 8x8 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.  Top with marinara and mozzerella cheese.  Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

My 10 year old tried it and loved it.  We decided next time to double the recipe and add italian turkey sausage so that it would be like noodleless lasagna.
