It was good!  I didn't add as many veggies because I need to focus on protein, but it turned out great.  1 can plus, the cheese, and califlower ended up being 5 servings.  Thanks again!

I made it:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 Tsp of sf cheesecake pudding
1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water

It ended up being a little thick, so I will probably use less pumpkin next time (maybe 1/8 of a cup).

S - slice of ham
L - more mock lasagna 
S - slice of ham
D - seared scallops
S - I think my Matrix Mint Cookie Shake is arriving today! So hopefully that and hopefully I will love it.

B:  4 Canadian Bacon Mushroom bites
L:  2 oz Tuna with 1 tsp mayo and 1 tsp relish and 1 oz pretzel crisps
S:  1 oz GY with SF Caramel Syrup and splenda
S:  turkey jerkey
D:  Pink Grapefruit Protein Drink

Water:  3 cups so far -- should get it in
Vitamins: on track
Exercise -- well...not so much

S- Coffee w/ Creamer

L- 4oz Beef Hamburger, Sprinkle of Cheese

D- Baked Chicken w/ Seasoning

Exercise- Probably nothing (rest) lol 2 hrs of Roller Skating with my Daughter yesterday!
Vit- Vit-D, B12
Liquids- Need A Lot More! (Maybe 20oz)
