L: 6 slices deli turkey with 1 cracker barrel cheddar cheese

D: crock pot creamy italian chicken (yummo!!)
exercise: omg, I haven't exercised since last Tuesday! I will be hitting the boxing ring tonight!

Still on full liquids due to steroids. Had a Dr.s appointment early this morning and waiting to hear about my bloodwork results as well as longer term treatment options. Doc says zero exercise until I get my platelets up.
