Here's the link. Drain as much liquid from the beans and Ro-tel as you can. Otherwise, it's a little too liquid - still tastes good, though!

Eeeewww, it's Monday.
B: Coffee with diet Swiss Miss hot cocoa (before food) then 6 oz. plain Fage Greek yogurt w/ SF Raspberry Torani syrup + 2 diced strawberries
L: 3/4 Eggface cabbage roll
S: 8 oz. of skim milk
D: Proti Diet Chicken Noodle Soup
S: 4 cheese cubes
Liquids: hmmm....let's not go there
Vitamins: Will take in between jobs today
Exercise: Nada, First day of my 60 hour work week (completed in 4 1/2 days). I will be sitting on my tucus all f****** week.
I got into work at 10am today. I'm pissy because I haven't eaten yet!!!
B: Iced coffee w/sf toasted marshmallow syrup, splash of unsweetened almond milk
S: 4.5oz. plain greek yogurt sweetened w/sf pistachio pudding mix (I cannot wait to try this; I'm freaking starving!)
L: 2oz. carnitas & 1 scrambled egg (not sure I can finish this but it's what I brought for lunch at work)
S: 1/2 serving banana bread protein style
D: probably a mint cookie PB2 protein shake
Water: 2 cups (so behind)
