 Crap, I hate being up two pounds. Now I have to post here and keep those carbs way way down.

Are you kidding me with this heat?  I'm not going outside until 9pm.  Enough already.

B: Iced coffee 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
L: 1/2 lo carb tortilla 1oz smoked salmon, teaspoon whipped cream cheese, cucumber and green onion, roll up.  YUM.

S:Chocolate Greek Yogurt with Raspberries.  Yum.

D: eggplant, prosciutto, mozzarella, yummyness.

S: endamame, sashimi, taro root.  Yummy

I don't know i feel like this much yumminess should be considered cheating.
