Whatcha eating today VSGers...Friday!!

Damn just one more work day for me!!!  It's clean the refrigerator day here at work so yesterday I saw I had some meat sauce and banquet sausages so here's today's plan.

B:  6 Banquet Lite Sausage Links (I REALLY should have stopped at 4); 1 egg scrambled
S:  Don't think my stomach is going to empty until lunch...smh but if I do eat...
S:  Coffee; 1/2 Ruby Red Grapefruit
L:  3/4 Cup Meat Sauce
S:  Lindora Protein Chicken Soup
D:  Either on a date, or, Tuna Cauliflower Casserole

Water:  Goal 12-16 cups (I love that I've been hitting this)
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  Depending on my date

Don't tell him but I'm hoping he cancels...I hate trying to be "good" at restaurants and movies =(

Yay, it's my Friday off & it's gonna be a scorcher here in SoCal today.

B: carnitas & over easy egg
S: iced coffee but promise to add 1 scoop nectar cappuccino protein powder in it
L: no lunch since I'm having an early dinner
S: banana bread "protein" pudding
D: Happy Hour somewhere. I really want a salad with lots of protein!

Water: 4 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 30 Day Shred about an hour after breakfast.

I'm gonna see "She Wants Revenge" in concert tonight. I f***ing loooove them!!! The lead singer isn't even cute but I still find him HOT as HELL!!! Bring it!!!
I hope they have girlie concert t-shirts.  I want!!!

So happy it's Friday!!! Tomorrow my honey and I are going white water rafting for the first time. A little scared, but excited to try something new (I never could have done this at 260+ lbs). Plus there should be some beautiful foliage right now in Northern Maine.

B: Coffee with sugar-free Swiss Miss + 2 little creamer buckets

S: 5 cheddar cheese cubes

L: Proti-Diet Chicken Soup

S: Stopping off before our trip to get some kind of protein shake

D: ? Not sure yet, we're going to be eating out somewhere. Probably will choose a grilled chicken salad or something.

Liquids: 3 cups or so
Vits: Will take when I get home
Exercise: None today, resting up for 6 hours on class IV and V rapids tomorrow!!!

Exercise: Should go to the gym, it's cold and rainy here - I wanna go ride my bike, but yeah. So maybe the gym.

B: Egg White Chocolate protein crepe w/raspberries YUM
S: Chocolate Greek yogurt, w/Raspberries                 YUM
L: Eggplant, mozzarella, prosciutto, marinara sauce.YUM
D: Lo-carb tortilla cheese pizza.                                  YUM
S: 2oz salsa chicken w/artichoke hearts.                     YUM

vits: done
water, 1 liter so far but it's 11am so on it. Been drinking a ton in this heat.

I guess I've been pretty ambitious today in my food choices.  Trying to get interested in organizing food stuff again.  This heat makes it difficult.

Well Although I have healthy food and my usual choices today this is how I feel about my menu today...

B-Antibiotics, dayquil, and multi vitamin
S-sublingual B-12 and tea
L-Biotin, VtaminD, Dayquil
S-Tea
D-Antibiotics, Iron pill, Nyquil

***** ***** *****Today I need to vent. Tired of this sinus infection.

BTW I am eating real food I just get overwhelmed with all the "requirements" on top of being sick.
