Thank you for asking. My goal was to walk to my husband's work then ride home with him. I didn't estimate my time correctly. I had about 1 1/2 miles to go when he got off. So I walked about 4 miles. I am gonna try again tomorrow. It was so liberating. And to top it off...I finally hit 50lb loss!!!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Thank goodness its Friday eve! I am miserable this week! I need to sleep this entire weekend and wake up Monday morning pretending like this whole week didn't exist!

B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 turkey sausage patty

S: sugar free vanilla/hazelnut latte with skim

L: 6 slices oscar mayer turkey dipped in Sabra Red Roasted Pepper hummus (MY NEW ADDICTION!!!) and a string cheese

S: strawberries

D: got a coupon on Facebook for free queso and sopapillas (spelling?) so I'll be eating one of their chicken fresca menu items, they are really good!

exercise: none tonight
water: ugh, NONE!

I wrestled the bloody Stairmaster to the ground last night - stayed alive on it for 20 minutes, 70+ floors, at a step a second.  If I'd had the energy, I would have done a victory lap around the gym!

B:  nonfat latte;  4 beef fiesta eggbites
s:  quest bar
L:  grilled fajita chicken breast with salsa and Greek yogurt; brussels sprouts
s:  nonfat latte
D:  ?  support group is tonight, so I'm playing it by ear

water:  on track
vites:  done
exercise:  depends on when I get home tonight

I appreciate this post everyday--but it seems no way EATS FOOD!! My nut encourages a meat protein and veg EVERY DAY-- the dr. stated he did not want me to drink the protein, but EAT it!! no wonder I am a slow loser!!

You are probably a slow loser just because.  Protein works for me because it's just easier then food in the morning.  Oh and when I was doing just food, my labs came back saying I was low in protein and I was getting 75g a day.

Today is a better day! 

B:  Mint cookie protein shake made w/1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk w/extra one third 
      scoop of unflavored protein powder to boost the protein count.        

L:  A small bowl of refried beans, turkey sausage crumbles, 2% Mexican 4 cheeses, and a
     little bit of marinara sauce.  No name -- just YUMMY!

D:  Not sure yet -- probably 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/a bit of mustard and ketchup and maybe a
      light string cheese stick

Fluids:  5 cups so far

Vits:  half done

Exercise:  just usual household chores.........going back to the fitness center tomorrow even if
                  it kills me.
