I do not know what is going on with my stomach but since yesterday I feel like I am over stuffed full and its making me feel  this all started with a migraine and before even eating or drinking it's driving me nuts!! Making it harder then hell to get my water in anyway.....

B- forced 2oz of greek yogurt

L- idk I'm gonna try an ounce or two of something maybe re fried beans or cottage cheese

S- none

D- I'm gonna just try a protein shake

Water- I'm trying

Vits- On track

Exercise- 30 min of jog/walk on the treadmill

Yay for Thursday! One day closer to Friday

B: Hot coffee with 1 packet sugar-free Swiss Miss and 2 creamers

L: Proti-Diet Chicken Soup

S: Will stop off at the gas station for some kind of protein drink, probably Muscle Milk

D: ?...Literacy Volunteers has been providing dinner during their tutor trainings. Last few times it's been sandwiches and I've eaten the innards.

S: Probably cheese, turkey, pickle roll-up

Liquids: 3-4 cups so far, very good for me at this time of day
Vitamins: Will take when I get home
Exercise: Not today, work 8-4 and Literacy Volunteer training 5:30-8

Hi there does the Proti-Diet Chicken Soup taste pretty good?  I buy the Proti-Diet hot chocolate protien and mix it in coffee sometimes for like a mocha flavor and love it.  I was looking at thier other products and wondering how they are.

I bought their chicken noodle and the vegetable beef. I LOVE the chicken noodle, but the beef's not my favorite. It's not bad and I'll probably eat it all, but most likely won't buy the beef again. I've heard rave reviews about the pea soup, so I'm going to give that a try as soon as I can find a deal on it.

Plus, super easy to pack my lunch for work when I'm just grabbing a soup packet. Toss it in my purse and I'm ready to go. 15 grams of protein, 5 carbs, 90 calories.

Those stats are really similar to my Lindora protein soup.  How much do you pay for how many?

B: Mint Cookie PB2 protein shake
S: 2 baked buffalo wings (I'm hungry; I think TOM is around the flippin' corner, wah!)
L: chef's salad with ranch salsa dressing
S: Iced Coffee (fo sho!)
D: 5oz. plain greek yogurt w/SF butterscotch pudding mix & 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or I wont be able to get that thick stuff down!)

Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: on track
Excerise: 30 DAY SHRED (Day 4, here I come!!!)
I'm not quite as sore as the past 3 days so I hope this sh** is working!!!
