"New" Frozen Yogurt Bars...

 I found these at Walmart... Yoplait Greek Low Fat Frozen Yogurt Bars and THEY ARE GOOD!

90 CALS
1.5 FAT
15MG CHOLESTEROL
55MG SODIUM
13 CARBS
12 SUGARS
5 PROTEIN

Not bad if you include that 13 carbs into your daily diet plan... Nice for a treat!

 Look for the Yasso brand (Kroger, Sams)- 70 cals and 8 grams protein I think- carbs are lower too but I cannot remember.

Yasso Greek yogurt bars, sold at SAMs and Costco are great...not sure if this is ok after surgery.

 I agree with the previous posters on Yasso.  I buy mine from Bj's, much more cost effective.  I get like 5 each of blueberry and strawberry.   The blueberry is 70 cal, 12 carb, 6 protein and the strawberry is right about the same.  I had to check an online cal counter cause I ran out and forgot to grab the last time I went to Bj's lol Kerry

they are not so good if you consider that 12 gms of the 13 gms of carbs are pure sugar! and only 8 grms of protein...that is backwards to what we need....

I found the Yasso brand at Sam's and was all excited about them. I talked to my nutritionist and she said I couldn't  (well, that I shouldn't) have them. She said the carbs were too high. I sadfaced for the rest of the day.
