B Premier Protein Shake
L: 1/2 cup cottage cheese with a bit of mustard and ketchup, 2 Sargento Colby-Jack
cheese sticks
D: Ree's Pizza in a Cup
Fluids: 5 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: Not sure -- fighting off a migraine -- winning so far! Maybe no exercising today.
