Happy Tuesday in the land of early Autumn weather -- sooooooooooooo nice :-)

B  Premier Protein Shake

L:  1/2 cup cottage cheese with a bit of mustard and ketchup, 2 Sargento Colby-Jack
      cheese sticks

D:  Ree's Pizza in a Cup

Fluids:  5 cups so far

Vits:  half done

Exercise:  Not sure -- fighting off a migraine -- winning so far!  Maybe no exercising today.

S: Live Active cottage cheese with FiberSure mixed in (seeing today's theme?)
D: Hubby working late so that means the kid and I are making bacon and eggs because I don't cook.

Water: Oh, leave me alone, I'm getting there.
Vitamins: On track
Exericse: Probably nothing today

Oh, I love Popeye's chicken, but have not been there in a while.

B:  dying for a pancake, just one.  Went to McD, ordered one pancake dry, and an egg.

Hello there right back!!  Been back consistently a little over a month...took me a year and a half to get my head on straight and ready to TACKLE my regain!!

L- 1/2 Wendy's Chili w/ Grilled Onions (From a Friends Lunch)

S- Choc Peanut Butter Protein Shake w/ FF Milk, Hand of Cheese-its 

D- 3oz of Fried Pork Chop, Greek Yog Pop

Liquids- Need More Maybe 40oz If I'm LUCKY!
Exercise- Shopping For My New House (OK nothing tonight once again)
Vit- NONE EVER
