Since the scale has decided to mind****** by sending me up 2lbs I'm back on the chain gang. Woke up with a pounding headache, I've had it for 5 days so as soon as i get up i have to eat some dense protein to take my headache pills. I hate these days plus the effing heat here in So Cal is killing, I'm telling you killing me. Okay enough of the whining

s:iced coffee (thank you shag)
L: almond milk/choc protein/Pb2, shake
S: Greek yogurt, 4 blackberries, Hershey's unsweetened cocoa, sweetener. Yum
