Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
I my Popeye's Tuesdays lol!!! So I did something I have almost NEVER EVER EVER done. I went to the gym (no not that) and the parking lot was EXTREMELY crowded and I was already agitated by my horrendous day, so I left and went home, the whole time saying..."at 8pm you are going back" then I made a stop to get gas and another stop and in the shopping center there was a Subway and Donut shop...I literally wanted to RUN into both or one or BOTH, but I didn't I went home, heated up my Tuna Casserole (made with cauliflower instead of noodles) and relaxed. Promptly at 8pm...wait for it...I got UP and went to the GYM. I hated every last minute of that 4 miles, but not only did I do it, but I LEFT the comfort of my home to get it done!! 5 years out and REAMAZING myself!!
B: Protein Coffee Concoction (I wanted just milk so I started with 1.5 cups of Almond milk, then said **** it and added in my chocolate protein powder and a little sf chocolate. Once I got to work I mixed it all together)
S: Boiled Egg; Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
L: Lettuce Tacos (4oz Seasoned Ground Turkey; 3 Romaine Leaves; Salsa; Jalapenos)
S: String Cheese
D: Popeyes Leg & Thigh
Water: Goal 14 cup (12 down 2 to go)
Vitamins: I totally forgot
Exericse: 1 mile leisure walk @ lunch

L- 2oz of a Salmon patty sprinkled with a lil mozzarella cheese
S- I'm gonna try the PB2 mixed with the mint cookie protein shake
D- 2oz of Elk stew which I better throw in the crock pot now geezers I can't remember crap lately

2 mile "run" this morning - it was a hybrid of a run/limp. Damn you body!! Stretching on the agenda tonight.
My office has moved from Donuts...to OREOS. Halloween ones. In the kitchen. Here's the ironic part - the donuts, even though i never liked them as much, tempt me so much more than oreos. Why - because oreos have a LABEL on them that tells me exactly how much crap i'm putting on my body. I have this thing with donuts - i search "donut" and select the lowest calorie donut haha. Can't do that with Oreos, so I'm not even tempted to touch them. Oh the mind games I play with myself.

We don't have any Popeye's here in Maine. Guess I'll have to try it out next time I visit my Dad in San Diego! You guys get all the best **** in California.
Err...morning started off not so great for food and my breakfast had 52 carbs in it! Guess I'll be more vigilant in choosing my Greek yogurts. It had granola so I knew it would be bad, but it was much worse than I thought it would be. I try to land under 40-45 for the whole day. If I stick to the rest of my planned meals I'll be at 66 carbs
B: Yoplait Greek yogurt with strawberry on the bottom w/ granola, V8+ Energy
L: Proti-Diet chicken noodle soup
S: slice of American cheese
D: ricotta bake
S: more Proti-Diet chicken noodle soup
Liquids: 3 cups so far, which for me isn't too bad. Will probably hit 8 cups a few hours before I go to bed.
Vits: Will take when I get home
Exercise: Nope. Working till 4p and then 3 hours of Literacy Volunteer tutor training.
