How do you thin out plain greek yogurt w/SF pudding mix?
I saw your earlier post about pumpkin...so add some canned pumpkin to it (start w. a couple of tablespoons?) with the SF cheesecake pudding mix. Should taste like pumpkin cheesecake and also serve the purpose of thinning it out.
While I haven't tried it with greek yogurt, I have done it w. goat milk ricotta and vanilla protein powder and it tastes like pumpkin cheesecake.

You are most welcome.
I'm a fan (ok...freak) for all things pumpkin so I always look for things to throw it in. I came up with that last year and I think I ate it nearly every day. It was one of the first times I managed to use an entire 2oz jar of pumpkin pie spice too.

So going to try this snack idea. Sometimes I want to cut some calories by using just plain greek yogurt, but I do not like it by itself. Excited to try it. YUM, pudding.

“Not many of us are living at our best. We linger in the lowlands because we are afraid to climb the mountains. The steepness and ruggedness dismay us, and so we stay in the misty valleys and do not learn the mystery of the hills. We do not know what we lose in our self indulgence. What glory awaits us if only we had the courage for the mountain climb. What blessing we should find if only we would move to the uplands of God.? JRM
