How do you thin out plain greek yogurt w/SF pudding mix?

I'm trying to eat my plain greek yogurt sweetened & flavored with sugar free jello cheesecake pudding mix & I'm practically gagging from how thick it is.  I know I could use Torani SF flavored syrups & that might help thin the yogurt out but I really wanted to try a couple other SF pudding mix flavors.
Do any of you thin out your yogurt with water, almond milk, or milk???

I was going to suggest a little almond milk.

I'm new at this snack but I was thinking the same, its pretty thick. I think I would try almond milk.

yeah, I'd suggest low carb milk of some sort- it's what you'd make pudding out of, right? I think the Torani would make it too sweet with the pudding in there.

Let us know how it goes :)

I used about 1/4 cup of almond milk to my 4.5oz. of plain Greek yogurt & it's so much better.  Texture is lighter & creamier.  Thank you everyone!!!

Definitely!!!  When it was so thick before, it would take me 2 hours to eat it.  Now I finished it in 15 min.!! Yay!!

What I do is make the pudding with some protein powder in the milk, and substitute a cup of plain greek yogurt for one cup of milk and scoop of powder, so it winds up with one cup milk, one scoop protein powder (unflavored, vanilla, chocolate or whatever is appropriate for the pudding,) one cup plain greek yogurt and one small package of the SF pudding mix. That comes out to have about 12g protein and 90-100 calories per half cup serving using nonfat milk and greek yogurt, or proportionaltely higher cal with lowfat or fullfat dairy (convenient for transitioning to maintenance when trying to add calories without adding volume.)
