B:  Protein Shake (Protein Powder; Acai; Spinach; Flax Meal; Ice)
S:  1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese; SF Black Cherry Syrup
L:  Lettuce Tacos (4oz Ground Turkey; 2-3 Romaine Leaves; Salsa)
S:  Boiled Egg
S:  Protein Shake (Roadside Lemonade; Special K mix)
D:  Tuna Casserole (Tuna; Cream Cheese; Cauliflower; Cheese and baked)

Water:  Goal 16 cups (finishing 5-8)
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  4 miles via Treadmill

Hey Ms. Shell!!!

B: a few small bites of my leftover bbq'd pork ribs but officially got grossed out after I bit into a bone so I tossed it.
S: going to starbucks now to get my iced coffee but debating if I want to mess it up by adding protein powder to it, wah!
Quick Edit: I was luvin' my iced coffee W/O protein powder but 1/2 way thru I added 1/2 scoop of Nectar Cappuccino ....
L: baked proscuitto wrapped mozzerella w/1/4 cup of marinara sauce
S: 4oz. greek yogurt w/sf cheesecake pudding mix
D: ???

Water: 6 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 30 DAY SHRED & I BETTA DO IT THIS TIME!!!!

Do you like the Nectar Cappuccino? I am currently drinking the Fuzzy Navel and I like it fine. I need to order some more Isolates. Thanks!

 Hi everybody!

B: Powerade and water.
L: SF FF Chocolate Pudding with extra non fat milk powder and protein powder,
S: Might do some soup in a bit.
D: Some sort of protein shake. and continue with the powerade and water. 
 
Water: Still sip sip sipping away.
Vites: Need two more chewables.
Exercise: Still doing my short little walks around the house.

Happy and Monday....don't really go well together.


B: coffee, protein shake with 1/2 fresh fuit, a little SF chocolate syrup

S: sliced apples, protein iced coffee

L: chocolate cake batter protein shake

S: carrots/celery

D: boneless beef ribs, green beans/almonds

S: fresh, homemade egg white salad!!!  Can't wait!!

If I manage to get a workout in, I will have an extra protein shake, otherwise I'm trying to stay at 900 cals for the day. Kicking off the "25 days to ATL" diet  - I need to be a skinny ***** for this party :)

Water - im already past 64 oz...

How do you make the chocolate cake batter protein shake? I noticed you drink Muscle Milk Cake Batter, so I assume with this, but what type of chocolate? The Cake Batter is really good! Thanks!

I add a little bit of Hershey's SF chocolate syrup to it :) Blend it with some ice, and heaven in a bottle.

I wish I hadnt bought a big huge giant box of that Muscle Milk. It was freaking expensive so I'm not throwin it out, but damnnn....it's a trigger. I never thought Id have such issues with protein haha. I should have discovered these problems years ago :)
