I think I need a drink, too! So bummed out. At least I'm not running to food -- gotta find the silver lining........
B: Premier Protein Shake - chocolate
S: Light string cheese stick -- one
L: 1/2 extra lean turkey burger w/a little ketchup and mustard, 1.5 ounces of mixed veggies
D: Other half of the extra lean turkey burger w/ a little ketchup and mustard, 2 ounces of bell
peppers and onions sauted in 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
Fluids: 6 cups so far
Vitamins: half done
Exercise: in too much fibro pain to move much at all.......SUCKS and I'm a little PO'd -- no, make
that a LOT PO'd.......UGH

S: Live Active cottage cheese with Fibersure
D: I dunno, going out with friends, I'm sure chicken and veg or something.
Water: 8+, but support group is tonight so I always get another another 4 in while they chatter away.

Exercise: Does running around like crazy with kid crap all day count? I'm counting it. Go away.
