L:  Tuna Casserole

S:  Roadside Lemonade; Speical K Mix
D:  4oz Talapia; Spinach

Water:  Goal 16 cups
Vitamins:  GOT EM
Exercise:  4 miles on tap

Hope you are all being good little sleevers.

B: hard boiled egg, 1 tbsn spicy hummus, 40 cal. ultra thin slice cheddar cheese
S: 1/2 chicharron
(Dont even ask what this is if you dont already know. They are the greasiest crap you can eat. The only plus to this is my low carbing right now but this took a chunk of my daily calories. It does have enough fat in it to keep me full for days though!
L: nothing now... I dont even wanna think of food!!!
S: my beloved Starbuck's Iced Coffee (I am dreaming of it now...)
D: after my workout, a Jay Robb Strawberry protein shake with Torani SF Strawberry syrup, PB2, unsweetened almond milk, blended with ice, yum!!!
Anything without salt for dinner is awesome!!!!
That chicharron jacked any other salt cravings I might have!!!

Water: 2 cups so far (I need to get on this!)
Vits: on track
Excerise: Day 3 of 30 DAY effing SHRED!!!!

Happy Hump Day!!!  The weather is amazing out here on the East Coast!

B - 1/4 cup cottage cheese
S - Healthwise wild berry drink
L - 1 oz turkey breast and 1 slice swiss cheese
S - 10 oz Isopure
D - 1.5 oz turkey ham and 1 laughing cow wedge
S - Protein hot chocolate

Water - Goal 10 cups
Vitamins - 1/2 done
    
  Tracker starting weight = surgery weight

L- 2oz's of leftover steak and salmon patty

S-  Half of a protein shake

D- 2oz's of left over elk stew

Vits- On track

 Every carb in sight!! Ugh...bad food day BAD! It's ok though. I will get back up and keep going. I am going to jump on the 30 day shred thing and do day 1 tonight :]

Hey everyone
First full day back home from the hospital, was there since Saturday morning. They diagnosed me with ITP, and I have to be on a huge dose of steroids for at least a couple months. My bariatric doc is worried about the condition of my stomach with the steroids, so for as long as I'm on them I have to go back to full liquids. Not sure I'm going to be able to manage this for over 2 months, the steroids have me absolutely starving! They also warned me I would probably gain some weight from the steroids
