Get through the week - I'm traveling for work and the hotel does not provide refrigerators in the rooms (so my thoughts of bringing yogurt and cottage are out).  I will be drinking lots of shakes with water...I packed enough shakes so that I am able to hit 78g of protein per day.

 Happy Monday, Alison!

I did well with last weeks goal of staying on plan while traveling on Thursday and Friday.

For this week, my focus will be to exercise.  I'm 8 weeks post op today, and on day 3 of my first stall.  I haven't been exercising much at all since surgery.

This week I will walk a minimum of 30 minutes three times.  Based on my schedule, my plan is to walk Tuesday evening, Wednesday evening, and Friday evening!  Saturday would be a bonus!

This week's goals:

Get everything packed for the hospital.
Get a note written for my work sub.
On Thursday and the rest of the week...walk, sip, rest, repeat.

I didn't get to all of my goals last week. Had a final sugar/carb fest on Friday and Saturday while I was at a conference. So, I missed the clean eating. I also haven't decided on a LA hotel for the 1/2 marathon (I'm a spectator, DH & some OH friends are the runners) . Maybe when I get home from the hospital I can keep looking.
