Allison,

I so proud of you!  Your experiences and willingness to share them make you stronger, and make the rest of us stronger, too.

The silver lining (which I always try to find in any situation) for you is that you KNOW you can get back on track -- as many times as you need to.  You will get to your goal -- whatever that may end up being.  And good for you staying away from that scale!

Be proud of yourself -- love yourself -- take pride in what you are accomplishing!

Loving yourself is essential to happiness....as I always say. Way to meet your goal this week.
Thanks for helping me meet mine too, and keeping me accountable.

**I increased my farts as well and so far, my energy has been fine - no carb withdrawal and energy for my runs.**

OK I realize that's not what you typed but read that LOL That's what I read twice! And I totally misread the meaning of "runs." I was wondering how flatulence and diarrhea was helping carb withdrawal. I was literally considering googling! LOL

So..to be serious, you have done an amazing thing in losing the weight that you have. I can attest that the sleeve is really a tool and not the entire answer. I can't imagine what sort of courage it takes to embark on a journey to lose over 200 lbs, an entire grown man of weight or 4 toddlers. At that weight, your body isn't going to want to lose, it's going to fight and boy you have to hang in there and stay the course. You've done that and accomplished so much already! I am sure it's naturally to have bad days and burned out days. I am sure the level of effort you've had to expend, you feel like some days you should be at goal.  I can see from the outside, that a woman who has done what YOU have done...will reach goal, will be 180, 170, 160, 140 (whatever your goal is) by next summer, maybe spring. The difference between 200 and 160 is doable. You just had a few bad days...cuz you're human. Even skinny people have bad days. Skinny people eat bad stuff, skinny people eat carbs and sugar SOMETIMES...(I see them all over the airports and restaurants) the difference is they get back on the horse and reset and don't keep doing that. I think you've already gotten it. You realized what you had done and reset. Good for you!! Awesome personal growth. :)

The hardest thing for me during this journey has been learning to love me enough to feel that I don't have to feel ashamed, I don't have to punish myself, I can believe that I deserve to be at goal and healthy and fit. You absolutely deserve to have your dreams come true! All of them! Goal, athletic fitness, all of it.

I'm proud and impressed with what you've done this week.  Perfection is not possible.  Recovery from mistakes is what we have to master to maintain this healthier lifestyle.  You jumped a major hurdle.  We all can learn from this. Congratulations!!!!!
