B: Starbucks Iced Coffee
S: 1oz. black pepper toscano cheese
L: chili citrus cilantro chicken thigh
S: 3 small turkey meatballs
D: 1 pork rib, steamed broccoli
Water: does 4 cups of iced coffee count??
Vits: on track
Exercise: cardio tonight!

First time to post here but thought my lunch was worth a post.
B: Vanilla protein shake (30g protein)
S: None
L: Chicken Avocado Salad (2oz canned chicken, 1/2 avocado, 1 Tbs light mayo, dash of cummin). Was only able to eat 1/2 so may eat the rest for afternoon snack.
S: Left over salad
D: 2 oz blackened Tilapia
Water: 3 cups so far but will get busy on that after lunch
Vitamins: Done
Exercise: Walk dogs later
Totals: 547 cal, 21 carbs, 51 protein

Grrrrr...I hate being 142! Ms Shell, I've never been to Popeye's but I've wanted to go for over two years because of your posts!

Ive cut way back on carbs for a few days and my body is screaming for carbs. Not going to give in!
