Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!

I swear I love when it's Tuesday and I get to have my Popeyes, lol!!!  I love that on a HOLIDAY I got out of bed to do my 4 miles as planned.  I LOVE that my plan today is to go and do 2 miles or 30 minutes of exercise and THEN have my Popeyes.  I LOVE that for the first time in a couple years since my regain that I am feeling IN CONTROL!!!

So FYI on my post.  I am almost 5 years post VSG and have regained.  I am currently on my way back down the scale.  I can eat about 8-12oz of food for a "meal'' which I think is A LOT compared to other VSGers but in the GRAND SCHEME of life, is 1 cups to 1 1/2 cups of food alot???  I average 250 calorie meals, 100 calories snacks.  My daily goals are 1,000 calories, 75-100g protein, 40-70g carbs, 10-15g fiber.  

If anyone ever has questions please don't hesistate to ask!!

B:  Protein Shake (3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened; protein powder; acai puree; spinach; flax seed meal; ice = blend)
S:  Coffee; 2 Tbsp 1/2 & 1/2; SF Syrup; Carrot Cake Carbmaster Yogurt
L:  Spaghetti (3oz ground turkey; 1/3 cup pasta sauce; 3oz zucchni "pasta" see this post for the "pasta" maker  http://mariahealth.blogspot.com/2010/07/garden-spaghetti.htm l
S:  N/A
D:  Popeyes Spicy Leg; Thigh; Jalapenos

Based on above 1, 004 calories, 89g protein, 42g carbs, 11g fiber

Water:  Goal 12-16 cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  2 miles or 30 minutes

I wish I wasn't so far from you - I want to come walk with you today!

5am - 4 mile run that felt good. Had some  50 cal protein ice cream afterwards.

B: cake batter protein shake

S: cucumber slices

L: berry/banana protein shake

S: carrots/celery

D: double stuff cookie shake

L: Strawberry Greek Yogurt
S: Chicken Chili, 2 Saltines
D: Soup of some kind probably. Maybe a little cheese too. My tummy's been a little weak lately.
S: Will need a shake to hit goal I'm sure

Drain as much water as you can out of both the black beans and the Rotel (tomatos and chiles) or it gets a little mushy - still tastes good, but mushy.

S - 10 oz Isopure
D - 1/4 cup cottage cheese or I may try an egg tonight
S - Protein hot chocolate

Water - 5 done and will try for 5 more
Vitamins - On Track
Exercise - work out dvd

Did my morning walk: 2.71 miles!! I can't believe I am moving my body and liking it. Who would of thought!

B: Carbmaster Tropical Fruit yogurt

L: TJ chicken chili lime burger - just the patty
S: not sure, maybe none
D: Green Enchilada Chicken Casserole (trying new recipe)
S: SF pudding cup

Water : about 40oz down, 40 more to go
Vits: on track

B: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 Tbs low fat cream cheese, 1 slice bacon
S: 1 jalapeno mozzerella string cheese
L: 2.5 oz smoked salmom, a few cucumber slices
S: 1 lemon tea Syntrax Nectar protein shake
D: 2 .5 oz chicken, 1 small boiled potato, few shakes hot sauce
S: if I have one probably SF posicles or no sugar added fudgesicle

Vits: ditto
Waiting for it to clear up a little to take a 30 min walk
