Weekly Challenge - what's your goal

 Clean low carb eating babeeeeee!  I have my eye on 139 before heading back to Mexico in 2+ weeks.  I'm going to have to keep things incredibly clean as 1100 calories and walking 6 miles a day is maintenance for me.  I weighed in this morning at 142.6 so I have some work to do.  The weather is gorgeous so exercising should be fun.

Other than that my goal is to get through my unemployment mandatory review tomorrow with a clear head and continue my job search.

All I can say is even if you are absent from OH, at least I get to text you all damn day long. Love you gurl!!!

I resisted the bread basket at the wedding on Saturday, yay!!  BUT when I noticed the 4 tiered wedding cake was made of cupcakes, I knew I was in trouble. Someone slap my hands!!!!
I want to eat my protein & veggies only this week and I will!!!

My goal is to exercise in some way, somehow at least twice this week. Going out of town on Friday for a week and so I need to get these 2 days in over the next 3 days. I have been right on target with my food plan, rarely a problem there. But exercise - I have a very bad knee, but I have been using that as an excuse. Have to get back to the gym and do all the things I know I can do, even with the  bum knee.

Thanks Alison.....Loving yourself is essential to happiness. Why is it so hard to treat yourself with the same loving care you do others, the eternal question. I too struggle.

My goals for the week are

1) Exercise-Anything just move my ass.
2) No oblivious bites of **** food.
3) Accept compliments without questioning their validity (is that a word?) in my head.

Onward and Forward, grateful its a 4 day week.

I've missed you, with that, here is my first official goals for the week:

Finish getting everything I need for the first couple of weeks home.

Find and book a hotel for that 1/2 marathon you, Mike, & others are running.

Step up the exercise, I need to move my butt more than I do.

Try to keep my nerves in check, 8 more days to go.

Clean eating.

I'll PM or text you with our hotel info for Saturday night before the race.

To try to get in my calories and protein.  Don't know if it's the heat or what but no appetite and feeling like ****  At least I'm keeping my fluids up out of fear but feel off and dizzy.  Around this time i wish i could stomach some shakes.  ah well, this too shall pass.  that's the thing, whatever it is Allison it will pass, at least there's that to look forward to.

 I've missed you!!  Thanks for taking time to post this!

I will be traveling on Thursday and Friday!  This is my first overnight travel since surgery and I'm a little nervous.  My goal is to make a plan for how I'm going to stay on plan and stick to it!
