I'm kind of taking a little break from OH for a minute but since I started this, I want to keep it going.

What is your goal for the week - and what are you going to do to accompli****

My screen savor for the week on my phone says " The tragedy in life doesn't lie in not reaching your goal. The tragedy lies in having no goals to reach".

Soo, thats my inspiration for the week to keep going even though I feel like I haven't been accomplishing some of my goals.

My goal for the week is to simply love myself, and reflect on how far I've come so that way next week, I can push forward.

I noticed your absence, missed ya!

My goal is to get my water in.  I slipped again last week - and with all the stress it was not the time to be doing that.  Doing great so far this week.

Are you cleared for swimming already...I have to wait 4-6 weeks.

 Yep, cleared and ready! My surgeon allows it as soon as the incisions are healed over, and mine are healed and sealed nicely. He took a peek and gave me the go-ahead. I'm not doing strenuous strokes or anything, mostly jus****er jogging and slow breaststroke.  It's nice to be able to back in the water.

1) My goal is to LOVE Alison too!!!  So with that said have you seen me lately??  Well just think you have LOST my weight plus some!!  That is an AWESOME accomplishment!!

2) Keep my goals of my meal plan!!

 After my free -for-all weekend my goal is to get back on a healthy eating track!
