B: hard boiled egg, 1 turkey sausage patty

S: sugar free latte with skim milk

L: sushi

S: strawberries

D: grilled steak with a couple of bites of grilled corn on the cobb... my husband loves that we can splurge on expensive cuts of steak now since I eat so little of it we can share one and we only have to buy one corn on the cobb now too!

Exercise: beach volleyball tonight

Second that....On to today.

B-Coffe W/coconut creamer and a Designer whey PB2 shake
s-almonds
L-Artichoke hearts, tomato, mozzarella, and smoked chicken salad-Yuuuum
S-Almonds
D-Smoked Baby back rib and salad

Water- 20 Oz in
Vites 1/2 way
Exercise- I think I will ride my bike again today-easy fun calorie burn

BTW if you need to up protien get a smoker....does not matter what meat you put in it comes out tender and smokey delicious. We smoked Chickens, ribs, and jerky this weekend....no cooking all week!

L: 1PM: 3/4 c pistachios (I'm really not sure on the measurement of these b/c they were in the shell when I measured them out.)
S: 3:30PM: 1/2 c pistachios

Planned for the rest of the day:

D: Lean homemade meatballs with a bit of spaghetti sauce + fresh salad with romaine, carrots, tomatoes and cucumber

Snacks: Small apple and small orange

E: I WILL WALK today - i have totally slacked off on any non-running exercise and I need to just move today.
