Well I made it past yesterday!!  So now onto today =)  Tonight I'm going to the Dodger Game with friends.  It includes a drink and hot dog.  Inititally I was going to see if I can upgrade the drink to a BEER but now I've decided to either get bottled water, or diet soda (hopefully I can ge****er), but since I RARELY drink diet sodas I'm ok with it for today.  I have added the "dodger dog" into my meal plan for today and will add a protein shake to UP the protein.  I'm supposed to go to the gym so still trying to figure that one out.  Might just go tomorrow we'll see...

My daily goals are to average 250 calorie meals, 100 calories snacks.  
My daily goals are 1,000 calories, 75-100g protein, 40-70g carbs, 10-15g fiber. 

B:  Coffee 
S:  2 Boiled Eggs; 3 Sausage Links
L:  Spaghetti (3oz ground turkey; 1/3 cup pasta sauce; 3oz zucchni "pasta" see this post for the "pasta" maker  http://mariahealth.blogspot.com/2010/07/garden-spaghetti.htm l
S:  Protein Chicken Soup
D:  Dodger Dog; Diet Pepsi/Coke
S:  Brining a pack of Sunflower Seeds

Based on above:
1,138 calories, 73g protein, 50g carbs, 7g fiber

Water:  Goal 16 cups (to get the sodium out from the soda & dodger dog)
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Scheduled 3 miles but up in the air

Ms Shell, my wife is going to the Dodgers game tonight with some of her girl friends for Hello Kitty Bag night. We are both big Angels fans so look for the girl with the Angels jersey on at a Dodgers game and that's my wife. HAHA

D: Shrimp & Chicken Fajitas. Skipping the tortillas
S: Threw a babana in the freezer this morning. Thats my dessert after the gym :)

W: 50oz down about 50 to go
V: Almost Done
E: Went to gym tonight and will go back tonight with my personal trainer.

 I don't think they are even going to watch the game. They went for the bag and to gossip. LOL

And as for that burrito I subbed my normal greek yogurt and granola to the burrito this morning after I DROPPED ANOTHER 1.4 LB'S THIS MORNING!!!! GRRRR...

Hi, I'm new to the group and I was just reading through this thread to get meal ideas. I noticed your ticker and how much weight you have lost in less than a year. All I have to say is WOW, that is really inspiring! Way to go Do you have any secrets:-)

S: creamy Italian chicken

totals for today's plan: 686 cals, 34 carbs, 26 fat, 91 protein, and 20 fiber.

water: 9 cups in, I'll get at least 16
vitamins: just bedtime to go
exercise: walking

B: Body Fortress Chocolate Peanut Butter shake with skim milk (don't care for the stuff, really just want to finish off the never ending tub)

L: 4 Cheddar Cheese cubes

S: 2 slices Oscar Meyer turkey breast

S: 1 american cheese slice, 8 oz. V8 Fusion+Energy drink (This beverage is a non-carbonated energy drink, has 50 calories and 13 carbs. It also constitutes a full serving of fruits and vegetables. On 14 hour work days I make an effort to eat low carb so I can include it. Picks me right up around 4 o'clock.)

D: 1/4 cup Eggface Ricotta bake, 1/4 cup steamed brocolli

Liquids: Very poor. Right around 2 cups so far. Will get all eight in before I go to bed
Vitamins: On track
Exercise: None today. Sitting on my arse at a desk.
