T-Fal Actifry - great product for stir fry and low fat foods
Just a shout out, we've had this thing for a month or two (it's over $200 on Amazon, be warned), but it's pretty awesome.

When the family does fries, they use this now (always cook it longer than it says though or they are mushy and we usually season with cajun and/or garlic salt - I don't usually have any, but just an FYI on that one).
I use it for quick means, I throw some protein and veggies and some seasoning in there and 15-20 minutes later, dinner. It uses VERY little oil. Stir fry made easy too. (although while fries take longer than they say, meats will dry out if you don'****ch it)
Pops right in the dishwasher too.
Anyway, just a quick shout out for those that don't like to cook :)

We have one too and we love it! We pretty much just use it for baby potatoes and sweet potato fries, but they're so easy and yummy that we're glad we bought it.
Lest anyone be gasping at the thought of eating potatoes - the deal here is that Barry cooks them and I have a total of maybe 1 baby potato or a few sweet potato fries AFTER I eat my protein. He and Emily cheerfully eat the rest.
We don't use ours for stir fries. We have a Breville Hot Wok for those. I still need my chicken to be really moist and the Hot Wok sears it so it doesn't dry out.
We all like to cook and love our kitchen toys. My latest is a Babycakes cupcake maker. All I've made in it so far is some Fred-sized flax muffins, but I see real potential. I bought spinach and feta yesterday with experimentation in mind. Quiche anyone?
