Yeah, my scale shows I'm 40% body fat, but who knows, that thing never says the same thing. I'm just going to see how everything feels. I'm in a size 16 jeans (dear lord... I never thought I'd say that!). The bigger guide for me right now is all the fat still in my uppper and lower belly. I'm hoping that disappears quickly. I'm tired of looking at it now. ;)
