D: crock pot chicken with black beans
S: cocoa roast almonds 100 calorie pack
V: none yet
W: just getting started
E: sitting outside in a lounger in gorgeous sun! ( probably gym later)
B: Unjury Chicken Soup
L: Bariatric Fusion Chocolate Mousse w/Skim Milk and 1 tbsp Just Great Stuff Powdered Peanut Butter
D: Chike Vanilla w/Skim Milk
4th Shake: Bariatric Fusion Capuccino w/Skim milk
S: 2 SF popsicles, a cup of decaf tea, and lots of water. Will probably have more tea later.
Vites: Good! Just need one more multi.
Exercise: Doing "Walk it Out" on the Wii in a bit!

I was having a great time until i stood up outside and passed out cold. guess it was too hot for me, I'm fine now just feel kind of stupid. oh i'm also close to losing 100 pounds, can't believe it.

S: slow churned light ice cream- so glad to have this out of the house now :( Zero will power when it comes to ice cream.
L: Grilled chicken salad, about 3 ounces chicken, 1/2 egg. Went out to eat so couldn't measure.
S: cashews
D: ribs and salmon. One rib and finsih with the salmon. I will have a little veg in there too. Having the hubby grill extra chicken for lunch and dinner tomorrow.
S: Probably going to need to make it a shake to get the protein up.
Stomach is still bothering me, but I can once again tolerate real food. Thank goodness, as my students start tomorrow!
