Boy yall should have seen me "racing" to this computer, "leaping" over tall buildings in one...hey wait that was superman!! =)  So I had an Awesome time seeing my girlfriends this weekend.  The race itself sucked and was poorly planned, but I finished with a time of 1:45:58 which is great to ME considering I felt like I was about to die during the 2nd lap!!  I need to go check out my other 10K race times to see "how I'm doing on speed."

My "diet" is based on my attempt to lose the regain.  I average 250 cal means & 100 cal snack.
My daily goals are 1,000 cal, 75-100g protein, 40-70g carbs, 10-15g fiber

B:  Lettuce Tacos (4oz Ground Turkeyt; 3oz Romaine Lettuce; Onions; Salsa)
S:  Coffee (1 cup coffee; 2 Tbsp half & half; SF Syrup)
L:  Jif Peanut Butter Snack Cup; Breakfast Claw
S:  N/A
D:  Spaghetti (4oz Ground Turkey; 3oz Zucchini "pasta"; 1/3 Cup Pasta Sauce)
S:  4oz Swai Fish Fillet

Water:  Goal 12-16 cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  On Tap...4 miles (completed in 64 minutes)

Today's numbers based on above menu:
1,107 cal, 75g protein, 69g carbs, 12g fiber

I don't normally post on this thread as I am in maintenance, and I would hate to freak people out with how much I am eating.  However, in the past few weeks, I have lost too much weight because I am learning how to manage eating and exercise.  In response, I have eaten too much (mostly eating out, so it has more to do with sodium than calories) and now I need to dial things back.  I thought I would stay accountable by posting here.

B: coffee with 1/4 cup of lite chocolate soy milk followed a bit later by two eggs.

L: taco meat with veggies and lite sour cream

S: one of my salads off of my profile, about 100 calories worth.

D: fresh marinaded tuna about 3 ounces.

Please post here and just include a blurb.  Newbies also need to "see" what LONGER out/maintenance etc looks like =)

Good to know.  Mostly I was afraid of making newbies think that the amount of food I am eating now is what I ate during my losing stage.  It is nowhere near that.  I now eat between 1200-1800 calories, and now that I am exercising, closer to the 1800.  I still eat about 3-4 ounces of lean dense protein, but I now eat more veggies and recently had to add fat and even carbs to keep from disappearing.  :)  Never ever thought I would have that problem.  I now have to add things like nuts and avocados and full fat dairy back into my eating.  Sometimes, I overdo it, like these past few days, and now I am choosing to take it easy and eat the protein and veggies only again for a few days.  I think this will always be a work in progress sort of thing because just when I have everything dialed in just right, something else changes in my life.  But it doesn't phase me anymore, I feel like I am surfing, always having to keep balance regardless of cir****tances.  I really feel like I have it now.
