11/16/12 - Got my Body by Sauceda - arms, Bl/BA, LBL, thigh lift.
HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 200 85 lbs lost pre-op / 135 post op

Okay. Just a little worried. Your body has to get the fuel from somewhere and it will use your lean muscle mass for energy, which in the long run, decreases your metabolism and makes it even harder to lose and maintain weight. You don't have the fat stores to draw from, like you did in the beginning. Some days, I have to keep up with the eating, because of the exercise that I do and I want to maintain all the lean muscle mass that I can.

Alison - sounds like you need a big hug!! One coming your way!! Remember...this too shall pass.
I came down with a gnarly cold - sneezing, congestion, cough, wheezing. I was pissed because I had just started c25k. (Since when do I get mad that I can't exercise right!!!) But I pulled up my big girl panties and went for walks instead. This morning I walked almost 3 miles. Woo Hoo!!!! I walked my little man to school, then kept on going
BTW, Jenn - scale stalls suck!!!
