I Did So Much Better Today, No Snacking...
B was coffee w/ creamer, 2pc bacon, 1 cowpal cheese, 1.5 egg whites... L was 2.5oz of Ilt chicken & pork sag., grilled onions... S was a choc peanut butter protein shake w/ ff milk and D was shake & bake (great value) 2oz chicken tenderloins... When I logged it that's what it came out to be, I was surprised too! I never do that well
