 B was coffee w/ creamer, 2pc bacon, 1 cowpal cheese, 1.5 egg whites... L was 2.5oz of Ilt chicken & pork sag., grilled onions... S was a choc peanut butter protein shake w/ ff milk and D was shake & bake (great value) 2oz chicken tenderloins... When I logged it that's what it came out to be, I was surprised too!  I never do that well

Those are some great looking numbers! I find I have a problem with the fat content every time I try to up the protien, it seems to follow.

Gotta keep on my "Lose It!" app.

 I love the Lose-It App... I find it easier to use then MFP but I do use that sometimes during the week to calculate recipes and stuff.  Glad to see I'm not the only one that doesn't use MFP on a regular THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE ABOUT IT IS YOU CANT ENTER/PLAN FOR THE NEXT DAY...
