2 Months...wow

I can't believe it has already been 2 months! I went through a 14 month diet to get insurance approval and thought I was never gonna get my sleeve!  I would do it again though ,because I feel amazing !  I have lost 30# since surgery. I am 12 pounds from being halfway to goal !! I wish I would've done measurements because I have definitely lost major inches!  It has not been easy,but so worth it . My husband walked out on me and our 2 kids (7 and 2 yrs old) a month before surgery because we were interfering with his social life .  There were so many people that told me to put off my surgery due to this emotional trauma,but I did not ! I had worked too hard and had put in so much time and effort!  It was difficult the first 4-5 weeks being alone with my kids,not because of pain, but I was so tired. However,this last 2-3 weeks my energy has shot through the roof and I can tell my kids are loving the energetic mama !  I love my sleeve and I know it was the best surgical option for me!

Good for you. You are doing amazing! Kudos to you, because I have two children(7 & 5) as well and let me tell you, there are days I could not do things without my hubby or help. And to think you did it ALL!  You are an inspiration! I myself am looking forward to getting that shot in energy!

Thank you ! It wasn't the easiest thing, but I am determined to succeed ! Between my lack of energy and my kids,  my house was a disaster those first few weeks ! lol
