On my days where I am embracing my VSG lifestyle - I order a small side of meat (I think its 3-4 oz maybe) and that's it


On my days where I kind of embrace my VSG lifestyle but I feel like eating too much - i order a chipotle steak salad with veggies, steak, and salsa (no cheese, SC, or dressing)


On days where I say F the world and my VSG - I order a tiny kid size quesadilla with steak. (ok ive only done this once, and after I ate it realized it was a bad idea haha)

I prefer their steak salad... it's a rare treat if I go there so I do get cheese & (sorry to admit) sour cream too. I use their hot sauce as the dressing. I've always been a huge condiment freak so now... just to keep things completely under control, I will use salsa as my dressing.

 Chicken Bowl just chicken
 190 calories, 32 g of protein.

If I have the calories I may add teh cheese - its 100 calories and adds 8g of protein.

hehe. Knew you'd respond. I went to Tijuana Flats yesterday. I had the Norrito. No Burrito. Told them to hold the rice so it was black beans, chicken, onions, tomatoes, guac.

I didn't count the calories because I could only eat 1/3 of it.

1 chicken taco and eat the insides.... toss the shell; same for Freebird burrito.  2 yrs out, cann't eat two.

I usually get the three soft taco meal with whatever meat I'm in the mood for, along with the veg, brown rice & black beans, salsa, cheese and guac; one to have now and the other two for later meals. During the loss phase I went without the tortilla but usually have it these days. With the Guac it's about 270 calories and 15-17g protein depending upon the meat; the tortilla adds 50-60 calories to that.
