Been over carbing lately causing a stall for about 3 weeks. Getting back to the basics!
Water: 52 oz so far
Vit: yes!
Exercise: Damn broken foot again...may try a short stint of Just Dance 3 tonight. I hope how soon it gets better. It's only been a week and 1/2 since I broke the foot. I never thought I would be craving exercise!!

Alison and I met Ms. Poker Face last night and I luuuuuvvvvv her!!!! She fit right in with us ... hot messes and sexy skinny b****es 'n' all!!! Shopping at Nordstrom Rack, dinner at the Melting Pot ... lots of laughs. Wish I could post a pic of us three but maybe Alison can text it to you. Love my OH gurls!!!
B: none (I worked thru breakfast and had to remove my almond milk from the damn freezer since I forgot it in there, errrr)
S: My own iced coffee, sf vanilla syrup, splash of 1% milk
L: 1 small carnitas taco (no tortilla) having a weird tight restriction kinda day. Wish I had more days like this when I dont wanna eat!
S: 1 light swiss cheese slice, mini sweet peppers maybe???

Exercise: brisk walking but wanna do cardio tonight!

B2: egg white scramble with fresh heirloom tomato, basil, oregano, and low fat mozzarella
L: creamy ranch chicken
D: lean ground beef, taco seasoning, hot sauce, salsa, and low fat Mexican blend cheese, probably in a romaine lettuce leaf
S: shrimp and hot sauce if needed, I've been feeling really hungry lately (I think it's about that TOM) so I'll probably end up having this
water: I'm a little behind, but I'll get at least 16
vitamins: still need bedtime calcium
exercise: rest day. After work I'm getting my head shrinked double time, seeing my shrink and then going to support group. Tomorrow's Friday, YAY!!
