B: Click Mocha protein shake
L: 6 med shrimp and 6 cheese cubes
S: 1/2 oz smoked bbq pork rinds
D:  3 oz Tyson Grilled chicken breast strips
S:   SF Fudgesicle and/or WW cheese stick

Vitamins: done!
Water:  82 oz so far!
Exercise:  None for a while...damn broken toe! May try water aerobics tomorrow night.

water: 10 down, I'll get at least 16 in
vitamins: bedtime calcium still needed
exercise: 20-30 mins cardio, then weights

L- 1/2 pesto chicken patty-whole foods and cherry tomatoes
D-Red lobster for sons b-day My youngest is 11 I can see the finish line!

Water-64 goal, about 20 in
Vits done
Exercise- hmmm I overslept this AM and trying to make an excuse. I will do my best to get a walk after dinner tonight.

Not enough today! I know right, when did we ever say that before..

B: Protein shake, coffee
B2: Egg, 1oz roast beast & .5 oz cheese "omelet"
S: 2 baby bellas with1oz  motz chz & a little sauce baked like pizza
L: 2oz baked salmon from last night w/ gy lemon sauce
S: PB protein ice-pop

Not eaten yet.. yes I tend to pre-plan my eating

D: 2.5oz (hopefully) of shrimp ****tail.. veggies?
S: bran crispbread with leftover salmon and Laughing Cow light
S2: likely leftover veggies that I couldn't eat with dinner :)

Ex: trying HIT interval climbs on the treadmill & did some abs
