L: 6 med shrimp and 6 cheese cubes
S: 1/2 oz smoked bbq pork rinds
D: 3 oz Tyson Grilled chicken breast strips
S: SF Fudgesicle and/or WW cheese stick
Vitamins: done!
Water: 82 oz so far!
Exercise: None for a while...damn broken toe! May try water aerobics tomorrow night.

S: 2 baby bellas with1oz motz chz & a little sauce baked like pizza
L: 2oz baked salmon from last night w/ gy lemon sauce
S: PB protein ice-pop
