Happy Wednesday!!  I made my 3.5 miles...woot woot!!

B:  Protein Shake (1/2 Cup Almond Milk; Protein Powder; PB2; Spinach; Ice)
S:  1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt; 1 Tbsp SF Pudding Mix; 1 Large Strawberry
S:  Boiled Egg
L:  3/4 Cup Low Carb Chicken Curry
S:  1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt; 1 Tbsp SF Pudding Mix; 1 Large Strawberry
D:  Having Dinner with my Dad and his Wife

Water:  Goal 16 Cups (Wrapping up 8 now)
Vitamins:  On point
Exercise:  Thinking about a class at the gym near my Dad, we'll see

B: Yoplait greek coconut yogurt (tastes great, very carby though)
L: 4 Cheddar cheese cubes
S: 8 oz. skim milk, 1 scoop Body Fortress Chocolate Peanut Butter
D: Lentil soup

Liquids: 16 oz. so far, I have a Powerade Zero with me at work

Vitamins: Will finish when I get home

Exercise: I actually followed through and did Leslie Sansone's 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds video when I got home yesterday. I can manage that again today. I WILL hit my exercise goal this week.

Will be getting the ingredients tomorrow for Elena's Green Chicken Soup! Can't wait

B: chicken chili relleno (eggface recipe) - YUM!!
S: Frigo String Cheese
L: Kroger Greek Blueberry Yogurt
S: roasted, salted soynuts (I am addicted!)
D: not sure yet, either another eggface recipe or this buffalo chicken recipe I found on skinnytaste.com

Water: 2 cups so far
Vitamins: on track!!
Exercise: I got my tae bo dvds yesterday. So me and Billy Blanks have a boot camp date!!!

 I had a homemade egg mcmuffin for BK

Will have some apple slices and turkey/cheese for snack. 

Hopefully this day will include Indian/Thai or greek food with Jenn!!!

Officially a rest day but lots of walking around SHOPPING :)

L: 2 oz chicken w/ light ceasar dressing
S: nectarine (ugh! I should've logged it 1st! I didn't realize it was 18 carbs or I would never have caved into the craving!)
D: probably chicken again (I have 4 different kinds of leftovers in the fridge)
S: maybe a cheese stick or turkey pepperoni crisps

vits: all done but calcium
