L: left over crockpot creamy italian chicken

S: kashi cereal with milk

D: something with spghetti sauce because my husband requested spghetti for dinner tonight and I wont eat the noodles

vits: forgot this morning

 First time posting on one of these, I've been a lurker for months =) 7 days post-op today, woohoo!

B: 1/4c. oatmeal w/ milk, 1/2scoop unflavoured protein powder and some sf torani brown sugar cinammon
S: 1/3 premier protein shake
L: 1/4c. tomato soup w/ 2tbsp's greek yogurt and 1/2 scoop unflavoured protein powder
S: 1/3 premier protein shake
D: Some other soup -- maybe I'll try an egg drop one for a change? Add protein if necessary...
S: 1/3 premier protein shake

Water: working on it --most of my foods currently count towards it and I try to get in anything I can between meals, just feels like I'm constantly putting things in my mouth right now!!! 

Vits: coming up next, once I'm done on the oatmeal

Exercise: Going for a walk, may try to brave the grocery store and walmart for a bit.  
             HW: 401 --- 1st Consult: 373 --- SW: 333, lost 68lbs total pre-op!!!

D: Sushi with the girls at a sushi joint

Don't really plan on any snacks today. Not all that hungry. I'm having a cup of coffee now though.

Exercise: Running my kid around to the doctor and various errands and apparently not working today. LOL
Water: On track, barely, not thirsty either
Vitamins: on track

A lot of tuna busy day at work and I'm out of the office all day

B: half of a Premier Protein shake- I still have trouble finishing a whole one
S: slice of cheese
L: 1/4 C Cottage Cheese w/ slice of cheese
S: deli sliced ham- 1 slice
D: not too sure yet, thinking 2 oz tilapia

Vitamins: good
Exercise: something after work, but before dinner... lol
Water: not so good- only 3 cups so far- hoping for 10

Bf: atkins chocolate protein drink
S: one boiled egg
L: 1 ounce cheese probably a lil less than that, about 12 almonds & a skinny cow bar
D: avacodo salad with gauc & grilled chicken-about 2-3 oz.
S: 1 boiled egg & 2 bites of muenster cheese
I have drank about 5 glasses of diet iced tea & one glass of crystal light

walked about 30 minutes at the mall & another 30 at walmart...hoping this counts lol

I'm posting this kind of late, but I'm trying to be accountable so here goes.

B: Iced coffee
L: A cup of Haddock Chowdah (yes, that's how it's pronounced here)
S: 4 cheddar cheese cubes
D: Coconut Greek yogurt

Liquids: eh...awful...going to try and cram some more in before bed
Exercise: None. Again this is why I'm trying to be more accountable
Vitamins: Taking the remainder now

On a bright note, I hit ONEderland today
