Shhhh I'm playing hookey!!  Cleaning up and have 3.5 miles on tap for my marathon training!!

Hey Ms. Shell!

B: roasted chicken breast
L: creamy Italian chicken
D: trying a new recipe, I got some really nice looking peppers at the farm this weekend. I'm going to bake some chicken, and saute some mushrooms with garlic and the peppers. Then I'll put a tiny bit of pizza sauce on the chicken, mushrooms, garlic, peppers, oregano, and low fat mozz and stick it under the broiler. We'll see

Edited to add I'll have a mint cookie shake as a snack

Water: I'm behind but I'll get at least 16 cups.
Exercise: Ankle is still throbbing, so I'll just do weights tonight.
Vitamins: Just bedtime calcium to go.

L: 1/2 English muffin, stuffed chicken breast

S: deli turkey/cheese, grape tomatoes

Pre-workout snack - some energy/protein bar

Dinner - trader joes chipotle chicken skewer

Snack - some talapia I cooked last night. 

I cooked way tooً much food last night so Im going to eat all my protein instead of shakes. Can't believe I'm sad about this. 

64oz water done and plans for boxing tonight.

Exercise: Zumba - worked really hard today! My HRM says I did 1,054 calories! I haven't been over 1,000 since like 15lbs ago! :-) Good news since I went to the drive in with my hubby this weekend and had some unapproved snacks. But it was fun! :)
