Well, it was actually 1 1/2 scrambled eggs with a tablespoon of grated cheese and a tablespoon of picante.

 Crazy ass friends are the best!!!

I had too much coffee and no food but found some great bourbon chx for lunch - im having major carb withdrawal which was unintentional. Must find carbs soon.

The spiral cutter worked just fine and the zucchini "spaghetti" was perfect with my meat sauce! I need to get some more zucchini or squash. Thanks for the tip about nuking it first.  I did some other cooking, and my eating today was really bad as far as quantity was concerned.

B:  taco casserole
L:  meat crust pizza
S:  nonfat latte
D:  Zucchini spaghetti and meat sauce
S:  Greek yogurt

And, for the first time, I made some spicy tomato quinoa with shrimp and HAD to have  taste.  Uhhh, I'm a little over-full.

water:  need to get in a few more glasses
vites: done
exercise: skipped it to get the house cleaned.  Still working on it.

S. Oh Yeah! Trail mix bar 
D. 2 oz pork loin, 1T ranch, 1/4 cup mixed green lettuce
S. 1 egg w/1T cheddar

Vit and water on track
Exercise. Walking 1 hour
