It's Saturday and the END of week 2 of my 1/2 Marathon training.  I just completed my morning walk of 5.16 miles and did it in 5 minutes LESS then I did 5.11 miles last week!!  I'm exhausted, enthusiastic, and just glad that I have CRAZY ass friends who when I mention let's do a 1/2 marathon, not only do they say YES, but they give me a schedule to follow as well.

I will be cooking some low carb chicken curry for lunch/dinner/to have and a casserole recipe from Eggface.

Prewalk:  1 Tbsp of peanut butter
B:  Protein shake
S:  2oz Black Forest Ham; 1oz String Cheese; Persian Cucumber & Cherry Tomatoes
L:  Dunno
S:  Dunno
D:  Dunno

Water:  Goal 12 Cups (only 2 so far)
Exercise:  5 miles!!!
Vitamins:  On track =)

B- One turkey bacon and 1oz of greek yogurt

L-  Maybe a turkey roll up 2 turkey slices with a teaspoon of low fat cream cheese and a sprinkle of shredded cheese then rolled up

S-  Half of a mint cookie protein shake

D-  Not sure yet but 2oz's of some protein

Water-  On track

Vits- Have calcium and multivitamin left

Exercise- 40 min on the treadmill

Today is my 1 year surgiversary!!!

B: nectar cappuccino protein shake with 1 cup almond milk
S: none
L: carino's chicken wings (3), few bites of salad w/Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
S: Starbucks Iced Coffee w/sugar free vanilla syrup
D: 5.5oz. Plain Greek yogurt w/1 tsp sf cheesecake pudding mix

Water: 8 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: lots of swimming!!!

I'm a little less than 2 weeks out, so still on pureeds. Here's my day:

B: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and picante
S: Chobani Peach greek yogurt
L: Refried beans with cheese, guacamole and picante
S: Lowfat cottage cheese and applesauce
D: Skim milk and chocolate pudding

Vitamins done and water is 48 oz so far. Still working on getting more water in.
