Weekly Challenge - what's your goal

First I want to say that I LOVE everyone's new pictures! Its great to see the changes in everyone!

This is my first goal post, and I've been struggling with grazing lately so I'm trying some new things:

1. Do not eat at work. (This is where I am tempted to graze the most.) I will have a protein shake for lunch. My NUT recommends no snacking AT ALL (Not easy).

2. Add some ab exercises at home. (I walk 1-1.5mile a day at work and do lots of stairs, but feel like I should be doing something at home too.)

3. Exercise at least one day of the weekend. (These are usually my off days - but I dont need two!)

Think I'll start there and see where that takes me.... :)

My goals are so much less than all of you major exercisers, but they are important to me:

1. Get to gym at least 3 times this week (even though can barely walk with bad knee)
2. Get more water in earlier in the day. I have a lot of trouble for some reason drinking at work; then I am madly drinking all evening at home (and then peeing all night!)
3. Get a handle on emotions. Hasn't effected my eating, but has effected my motivation to exercise.

Theres no comparing goals - the only thing that matters is that you set one and make a plan, and accompli****

It might be easier for me to run 3 miles than for someone else to walk 1 - but at the end of the day, as long as we all did what we said we would - we are all WINNERS.

Ugh. I will do better this week than last week. I mostly met 2 of my 3 goals last week, but the exercise was a total bust. I repeat...I WILL DO BETTER THIS WEEK!!!

Goal 1:
30 minutes of exercise 3 times this week. I bought a new home exercise movie, hoping to use that. I absolutely need to get into a routine.  

Goal 2:
Get in 64 oz.+ of liquids the rest of the week. As I post this it's late Monday night, and I know I won't hit that today. I WILL hit that Tues.-Sun. 

I feel better already

I am a day late but decided I need to set some goals. I have become a little (a lot) lax in some areas.
1) Track water intake and get it up to 64 oz.
2) Take my vitamins EVERY day.
3) Go to the gym that I purchased a membership for over a month ago and still haven't walked through the doors.
