I've always been a victim of this horrible affliction. I was reading a woman's magazine once that suggested putting deodarant on your inner thighs. I tried it, and it worked 100%. I wore a sundress and walked around a theme park for an entire day with no problems. Just a tip in case your compression shorts are in the wash!
Trust me, I came home with multiple pairs!! But I might try that or body glide or something for my longer runs.

I am so freaking slow, it's not even funny, I just don't know how to get myself going faster. I litreally feel like I am flying and then I look at how fast I am really going and it's sad LOL With my back/hip issues I think I am just going to have to run for distance and forget about ever winning any of the races I enter and I am ok with that.
