S:  1/2 Cup Greek; 1 Tbsp SF Banana Cream Pudding; SF Syrup
S:  String Cheese - pre workout
S:  Peanut Butter snack size - post workout
L:  Salmon
D:  ??

Water:  Goal 16 cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Meeting my trainer

B:  taco casserole; nonfat latte
L:  Italian grilled chicken salad
S:  nonfat latte
D:  something with the ground beef defrosting in the fridge and some squash casserole
S:  Greek yogurt

I'm heading out for grocery shopping after work today and, as God is my witness, there will be cooking this weekend!

vites - seem to have forgotten my multi and calcium - I'll catch them up tonight

 Back at ya!  Oh, there'll be some cooking tonight.  I'll at least "rice" some cauliflower.  My Friday nights are SO exciting!

 I'm trying to be better at posting...and looking for food inspiration!

B: Click, 12 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 TBS soy butter (I have a peanut/nut allergy in the house) + 7 ice cubes
L: 2 oz pork carnitas (made in the crockpot on Monday), 1/8 cup shredded mexican cheese, 1/2 carb control tortilla, 1 tbs. plain greek yogurt + 1 Tbs. Jack's fresh salsa and a little shredded cabbage (eating this now...maybe won't fini****too much food I think!)
S: homemade hummus with red pepper strips or 1/2 cup 0% Fage plain + 1Tbs. fruit + 1/8 cup All Bran Original
D: not sure - need inspiration!! What are you having?
S: 3 Protein bites

Vit: Done!
Water: 1/2 way there
Exercise: workout with a friend - 33 min. on the Elliptical + 45 minutes of weights, squats, lunges, and abs. 

HW: 350+ (I didn't look after that)  SW: 328

Woo hoo, it's Friday!

B: forgot.....first time in months that I missed breakfast, super busy & just didn't think about it (love my sleeve!)

L: 1/2 seasoned chicken cordon bleu (no breading), 1/2 cup sauteed onions

S: other 1/2 chicken cordon bleu

D: 2 oz lean ground beef, 1/2 c sauteed onions

S: "pudding"- Vanilla Bean Torte Nectar, 1 Tbsp. Coconut oil, almond/coconut milk blendH



Water- 52 oz. so far


Vits- on track


Exercise- walked 2.5 miles this morning after dropped kids off at school

B: Syntrax cappucino protein drink with one cup silk light soy unsweetened and 4 oz water
S: 1 cup green chicken soup
L. 1/4 cup ff cottage cheese
S.? protein drink
D: going to try "pureed" chicken salad 1/8th cup for 1st time (canned chicken, onion, celery, ff greek yogurt, pickle, unjury protein powder mixed in)

May need to add in protein shake to get all protein in.

just working on getting on a schedule now that I can have pureed/softs

water and crystal light 45 mins after meal/snacks....kinda of a juggling act yet!!!
