 B:  Matrix bananas & creme shake with 8 ounces skim milk
L:  2 ounces chicken with 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce
D:  3  shrimp w/ Old Bay seasoning
S:  Light String cheese


Water:  still struggling to get above 50 ounces/day
Vitamin: 1/2 way there
Exercise:  Nursing a back injury...no exercise today.

B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 turkey sausage pattie

MS: missed it due to a meeting

L: 1/2 hot turkey panini from Panera

S: 1/2 greek salad from Panera

D: deli turkey slices and strawberries

exercise: none tonight, going camping!
water: SO FAR BEHIND ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY!!!

B- 2oz's of greek yogurt

L- 2oz's of chicken breast with a teaspoon of low fat mayo

S-  Half of a mint cookie protein shake

D-Either 2oz's of chicken breast or 2oz's of re-fried beans I'm not sure yet

Water-  Only have2 bottles in so far I need to get at least 5 down before the day ends

Vits- On track

Exercise- 2 mile walk away the pounds

 Glad to see you still on here! How many grams of protein are you still striving for each day? Ivestarting gaining a little but am not really doing too much different?!
