Hey Ms. Shell, Happy Friday!!! It's my FLEX Friday off today, yay!!!

B: Nectar Cappuccino protein shake w/1 cup almond milk & ice
S: none
L: deli meat/ cheese roll-up
S: McCafe medium nonfat latte w/sf vanilla syrup
D: 2.2oz. Roast beef, light Swiss, sweet mini peppers w/laughing cow garlic/herb wedge 

I said I would update this if my diet changed so I'm staying accountable ;-)

Cal: 719
Carbs: 27
Protein: 91

Water: 8 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: lots of swimming today!!

I'm so ecstatic it's Friday!!!

B: mint cookie shake
B2: steamed chicken breast with laughing cow light Queso
L: creamy Italian chicken, possibly over a bed of arugula if I'm not too lazy
D: shrimp with hot sauce

cals: 555
carbs: 18
fat: 14
protein: 89

water: 11 cups in, I'll get at least 16 in today
vitamins: still need 2 calcium doses
exercise: I'm in a serious sleep deficit, either weights or a walk but nothing too serious

Edited to add, if I do the arugula with lunch it will be 557 cals, macros unchanged.

Hey gurl, I saw those Laughing Cow queso cheese wedges once and I forgot where I saw them.  wah!!!
Are they good?  What do they taste like?  a certain type of cheese?

To be honest, they're not my favorite, but they're good enough to eat, lol  They're just a wee bit spicy, which I like, but they also have kind of a smoked flavor, which I wasn't a fan of. I was a smoker until I had to quit for surgery, so for me the flavor was a bit too reminiscent. I love spicy though, so on that front they're good!

The work week is over (well, in two hours for me)!!!! HOLLA!!!

B: hard boiled egg

L: 1/2 small Wendy's Chilli with shredded cheese

S: ?, probably none, that chilli is kicking my butt

D: My babe got a new job today!! So celebrating tonight, but I will stick to something on plan no matter where we go. Period.

Liquids: About 20 oz. so far, drinking a Powerade Zero Lemon-Lime
Vitamins: Done
Exercise: My oldest daughter has an 1.5 hour soccer practice tonight. The fields happen to have a very nice hiking trail in the woods behind, so I'm treking out there for at least a half hour per my weekly goals!!!

L- work got roly poly wraps. I ate what was in the wrap but not the wrap, chips or cookie..YAY ME! turkey deli meat, 2 slices of avocado, 2 slices tomato
S- 2 sch. grapes
D- hmmm... I dunno.

Exercise - couch to 5 k..second week
Water- still have quite a bit to go. Always seems to be my downfall
Vits- just tonights left.
