B: Pure Protein Vanilla Shake, 35 protein
S: Homemade beef jerky
L: Homemade lean burger patty, tomato, sliced jalepenos
S: Jerky, mini wheel of brie
D: Meatballs from spaghetti hubby made

Water: On Track
Vitamins: On Track
Exercise: Ugh. I'm seriously slacking the past 2 months on exercise. I walked to the mailbox! Er, down my driveway.

Edit: I don't keep PB in the house because I'll eat every bit of it. To satisfy my PB craving though, I do have an occasional Power Crunch bar (the peanut butter creme ones). They do the trick for me AND they are crunchy and pretty darn yummy too. I have to hide them from the kids or they'll eat them all.

I might have to add a Power Crunch bar to my mix....so far I'm shocked that the mini serving PB is lasting, but that mini jar is HISTORY.  I still think I can handle the one I bought for after a workout but I KNEW buying the jar that I would eat it.  It was a FAR better choice then the pastries I was eyeing =)

Yup. Peanut Butter is not something I can control myself around so I just don't buy it. But yeah, sometimes it really is about the lesser of two evils. I can eat PB with a spoon. Like I said, I don't buy it and use the bars to get me through a heavy "must have it right now" craving.
